My major course of studies during my undergraduate education was Management Information Systems. Many of the courses included learning the C++, Visual Basic, and SQL languages. Other courses related to network design, systems and program design, as well as project management.

Outside of the classroom, I was active in various extracurricular activities which included the following:

• Photo Editor for the student newspaper
• Musician for the Shippensburg University Marching Band , Concert Band, and Saxophone Ensemble
• Technical Assistant for the childrens theatre organization Little Princess Playhouse
• Interest Group member of community service fraternity Alpha Phi Omega

My involvement in various extracurricular activities and a passion for learning, is what led to my decision to return to graduate school to work towards a masters degree in Higher Education Administration.
